Do you offer a money back guarantee?

Quite simply, if you are unhappy with our web hosting services within the first 30 days you may cancel at any time and we will refund in full the price of your hosting, less any domain registration charges.

How long will it take for my order to be set up?

Our Cloud Servers are provisioned as soon as you order and are online and pingable in less than 60 seconds Dedicated Servers are available in 60 minutes

What happens if I reach my storage allowance?

If you reach your storage quota, you won’t be able to make changes to your website or receive e-mails until storage space is either freed or more becomes available by upgrading your hosting package. We will always inform you if your space use exceeds 80%.

How often will you backup my website?

All of your website files, databases, e-mails and hosting account settings are backed up daily as part of our disaster recovery procedures. We retain these backups for a total of 7 days before they are replaced by newer backups. We are happy to perform backup restorations on request free of charge, please contact our support team if you need this.

What is the contract duration on your Cloud Hosting plans?

None. We don’t have a contract for any of our plans. You will always be billed on a monthly basis for the services utilized in the previous month.

Do you charge for stopped instances?

Yes, instances in a stopped state continue to reserve dedicated system resources (RAM, SSD storage, IP aliases, CPU) and therefore incur charges until you destroy the instance. If you wish to no longer accumulate charges for a virtual machine, please submit the cancellation request from the client area.

Is there any minimum contract?

No. We believe in fair policy so we do not have any minimum contracts. For customers who have paid for a year upfront and wish to cancel the service for any given reason, we offer refund for the unused time period.

Do you offer Shared Web Hosting on a monthly payment cycle / term?

Yes, you can choose the billing cycle you wish to opt for while placing the order however, yearly billing cycle is cost effective.

Do you offer email services?

Yes, we do! We have email services on all our hosting packages.

How does billing work?

You can pay for your cloud hosting server monthly. We’ll charge your card every 30 days so long as there is a card available in your account. Since you’re not locked into a contract, you can also cancel at any time.

Just to be clear: you’re not locked-in to a contract. Refunds are only available 30 days after your first purchase.

Do you accept PayPal payments?

Yes, we accept payments using PayPal.

How do I pay the invoice?

Depending on your billing cycle, you will receive an invoice at least 10 days prior to renewal. You can login into the client area and pay the bill online. We notify you via email to pay the outstanding before the due date.

What if I fail to pay the bill on or before the renewal date?

Depending on your billing cycle, We will try to contact you via email and phone after the due date. If you do not respond to the communication, your account is suspended in 48 hours. The account will remain suspended for next 48 hours. We will then make a final attempt to contact you for the renewal; however if there is no response, we will terminate (delete) the account within next 48 hours

How can I change my profile?

You can login into the client area and change the profile anytime you wish to. Please make sure that your email address and phone number is correct on the profile for better communication.

Can I migrate an existing Web Hosting service from another provider to Woocloud

One of the most challenging things about moving to a new hosting company is moving your web site. We want to take that pain way and make it easy for you to move to Woocloud. We offer a web site moving service for all customers who have an existing web site with another hosting provider at no charge.

Do you offer console access?

Yes, you can access the console for your virtual machine using the control panel.

Which host name will my server have?

Generally all servers are given a name server in the format of ns1.xxxxxx.co.uk But you also have the option to use your own domain name as your name server name.

Can I have my server built or configured to suit my own needs?

Of course you can also have a server put together according to your individual specifications. We will advise you by phone or you can send us your requirements in the inquiry form contact Us Page

What is the difference between a cloud server and a dedicated server?

The WooCloud comprises of a very large cluster of servers all working together, each contributing processing power, memory (RAM), Disk I/O and storage space to the Cloud Resource Pool (CRP). Your cloud server utilises resources from any number of these servers at any point in time. This means you are not reliant on any one single server like a traditional dedicated machine would. Hardware failure is no longer a cause of downtime, and because you can pull resources from any number of servers at once, you can scale up and down very easily and without downtime!

Do I need to be technical or have any experience to use your cloud?

No, all our cloud hosting includes full server management in the price you pay. it is supplied ready to use and we even include cPanel which you have probably used before to quickly and easily manage aspects of your website hosting. You do not need any additional technical knowledge and Woocloud will look after you and your server 24x7.

How many websites can I host on my cloud VPS?

You can host as many websites as you like on your cloud server, we do not define any set limit. You will just need to ensure the size of your cloud server is always sufficient for the amount of resources your sites use. Your cloud server can be upgraded or downgraded at any time to suit the number of sites you intend to host.

What level of support can I expect?

Woocloud grows on reputation alone. As with all our products and services you will have full access to our friendly and knowledgeable 24x7x365 support team. You can contact us anytime for a prompt and helpful response direct from an expert.

I already have a VPS elsewhere, why are your cloud servers more expensive?

When comparing solutions it is important you compare apples with apples.

Firstly our Cloud servers are not 'just another VPS'. Ordinary VPS servers have no built in redundancy and are simply a slice of a traditional dedicated server. WooCloud servers do not exist on just a single piece of hardware, instead they make use of a large scalable cloud of hardware which is hardware and network failure tolerant.

Secondly all our Cloud VPS servers include full management, cPanel WHM, and are deployed in a fully optimised and secured state. Adding server management of this quality, backups, and a control panel license to your traditional VPS elsewhere will certainly increase the cost beyond the pricing we charge for a Cloud server which includes the lot!

Can I host adult content on a VPS?

As long as the content is legal and the website complies with the rules of an adult website, e.g. access to minors is prohibited, you can absolutely host adult content on your VPS.

Additionally, Woocloud informs the customer of their responsibility for their website content when they accept the Woocloud contract (when they place their order).

Can I move existing virtual machines to a different data centre?

Yes, You can easily move already existing virtual machines to a different data centre in Europe (EU) and in the USA. Please note, that this will change the IP address to one belonging to the new data centre. Our support team is here to help you around the clock on 0330 2231 386

When Will I receive the login details?

If you place an order for shared hosting package and make the payment online, you would receive the login details on the registered email address within 5 minutes. In case of virtual instances, it might take one hours for the setup of the server depending on your requirements. You will receive the login details on the registered email address post setup.

What are the hardware specifications of your host machines?

In order to achieve the highest possible virtualized performance, all of our host machines use the latest-gen Intel CPU architecture with 100% SSD storage.
